This project focused on upgrading an older home’s residential features to a modern, energy-efficient design that combined elegance with performance. The homeowners wanted an aesthetic transformation without compromising on insulation and security. We replaced outdated structures with slim-profile aluminum and triple-glass panels, ensuring not just a stunning look but also improved energy conservation. About:

The property was a mid-century home that had been well-maintained but had original single-pane windows, which were no longer performing efficiently. We conducted a complete structural assessment to ensure the new installations would integrate seamlessly into the building’s frame. Our team also customized the tinting and coating to filter UV rays, protecting interiors from fading and improving indoor comfort.
